My AC unit was out for over a week with another company promising to have it replaced within days. I sent an inquiry to Mint and within minutes, Owen called and provided information and set up for Simon to come out immediately due to the extreme Arizona summer. The unit I requested was not available and measurements were not exact due to me having an older home. They made accommodations to have duct work modified to fit my home. Granted this took an extra day or so but to go above and beyond; was amazing. After install (a few days later) a technician came back out to check on the unit to make sure it was operating properly.
