How do I know what type of system I have?
If your system consists of a single unit containing all heating and cooling system components, typically installed outdoors (on the roof), it's a packaged unit. But if you have two separate units: outdoor unit (condenser/compressor) and indoor unit (evaporator/air handler/gas furnace), it's a split system. We can replace equipment that already exists with a different brand of equipment, no problem! As a reminder, Mint Home only partners with the leading HVAC manufacturers so we can ensure the highest quality products are installed in your home.
Will my quote change once the technician comes to verify my house?
No! Mint Home will honor the quote we provided to you online. The only exception would be if the information you provided was not accurate, or we think there are changes that should be made that would provide further savings to you.
